Your review of "Fish Wielder" by J.R.R.R. (Jim) Hardison captures what makes this book special quite well. It's clear you found this story to be quite different, especially in how it approaches fantasy.

Your description of Thoral Mighty Fist and his fish sidekick, Brad, adds an interesting twist to the tale. It seems like a book that both fans of funny stories and traditional fantasy might enjoy. Your review gives a good sense of what makes this book stand out, making it an interesting option for potential readers. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on it!

The reviewer's appreciation for the author's ability to maintain quality writing while embracing silliness is spot-on. It's refreshing to hear that the farcical elements enhance the story without detracting from its overall entertainment value.

This seems to be an exciting read, especially for fantasy enthusiasts. I'm not sure if I'll read the book because the genre is not my cup of coffee...... Congratulations on being the BOTD though......

Your review was far more interesting to me than the book sample I read in Amazon. Nothing against the author or his style (which, according to your review, actually sounds unique and complex, two qualities I highly admire) or even the story-line per se. I'm just not into these kinds of books. Now if I had actually read your review before the sample, I might have been swayed. You honestly almost made a convert of me, but unfortunately, I could barely get through the sample. Now my hubby, on the other hand, this is completely his cup of tea! In fact, your description of the book sounded almost like it has a touch of Monty Python in it (which I didn't care for all that much, either.) But thanks for the informative review, I absolutely loved it, and look forward to reading other reviews by you!

Thoral sounds like such a hilarious and unconventional character! The review does a fantastic job of conveying his quirks and the oddity of his adventures. The idea of a fish named Brad as a companion is just brilliant.

I completely agree! The review highlights how the book uniquely blends adventure and farce. It's intriguing how the author creates an engaging balance between action and comedy, which is often hard to achieve.

A book revolving around a barbarian warrior and his mate, a talking fish, as they try to save the world of Grome with a pudding sounds like a fun read. I like your definition of it as a "farctasy". It is great that the author balances well the action and the farce. It does sound like an entertaining fantasy tale with a refreshing take.

This is a great book. This sounds like parody of the fantasy .This has both action and comedy.Physical discription of thoral and brad made him different from typical boy.Thoral and his friend's quest to find pudding of power is a kind of inspiration for readers.Oh its really great. This ignites Imaginations of readers and I am forceless to resist it.
