The storyline of "The Fifie" by Marco Collina is fascinating and relatable. Especially the part where Mark and Marla became stuck with people they didn't really love. That must have taken its toil on them emotionally. I am curious to know how their relationship ended. Congrats to the author on BOTD. Amazing review.

I like a good seafaring story and a deep romance once in a while, and this book introduces both of these elements in the very first chapter. Touching on important themes such as loneliness, forgiveness, love, and fate, this novel blends realism and the supernatural to further enrich the narrative. Thank you for the review!

This book sounds very interesting and inspiring. Love that conquers even death is something we all aspire to find. It appears that Marcas and Maureen have found it, and all the complications that come with it.

This review is well written overall, however, there is something that sticks out. Who is Greg? He's just kind of thrown into a paragraph about the themes in the book without a clear description as to who he is in the book. If someone has never read the book, or the sample, they need that information to better understand the point being made.

There are also some sentence structure issues that could be worked on to make this go from a good review to a great one. That is just my personal opinion anyway.

It's a good historical romance novel that combines time-travel, mystery, and mythology. The book might appeal to readers who enjoy stories that span different eras and locations, and that feature characters who face challenges and dangers in their quest for love. If you're curious about the culture and history of Scotland, and want to learn more about its folklore and legends, it's worth considering. I like the creativity, emotion, research and accuracy. But the book might not suit everyone's taste and preference. Ultimately, the best way to find out if you like this book or not is to read it yourself and form your own opinion. Congrats on BoTD!

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting story about two lovers that through some circumstances are reborn but still have feelings for each other. The only problem is that in this life, they each have their own families that prevent them from being together. Will they be able to finally be together in this new life? It might be worth a second look. Well done.

Well, I'm not a fan of reincarnation stories. Regardless I'll recommend it to lovers of this kind of books. I'm recommending it because it must be that good to earn book of the day. Kudos to the author.

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to journey with Maureen and Marcas, who met in the afterlife as Mark and Marla. It is interesting how different or similar the dynamics of their relationships in these two time dimensions were.

Despite their circumstances, Mark and Marla still feel a strong connection and continue to see each other against all odds. This highlights the power of love and the impact of external circumstances on romantic relationships. The theme of loneliness is also depicted through Marcas' early life and his solitary nature. The characters of Greg, Maureen, and her father showcase themes of mercy and appreciation.

As the saying goes " Life happens". I believe this is the case of the two soup lovers, although supernatural forces seperated them, they found themselves in the next world and still yearn for each other.

I liked the style of your review. I will skip the book. From your review, it sounds like a romance novel with a tad of supernatural. I seldom enjoy any romance novel.
