The reviewer's strong recommendation and 4-star rating resonate with me. The book's portrayal of love's complexities and its historical settings have piqued my interest. I'm definitely intrigued and would consider giving "The Fifie" a read!

The review's exploration of the novel's themes, such as love, loneliness, and mercy, showcased a deep understanding of the book's emotional resonance. It's intriguing how the reviewer highlighted the consequences of going against love and the importance of physical intimacy in relationships.

I find the concept of reincarnation very fascinating! However, due to the infidelity involved in the book, I’m not sure if it’ll be the best fit for me. Nonetheless, congrats on the BOTD!

This seems like a very interesting romance novel following Maureen and Marcas who then become Marla and Mark in their next life. I love how it encompasses all the different facets of love and life, i.e. loneliness, infidelity, etc.

The review's praise for the writing style and meticulous editing reflects the dedication of the author and editors. A book that's well-edited and easy to read is always a pleasure, and it's great to hear that the story seamlessly blends realism and the supernatural.

I believe the book would be an enjoyable read for fans of romance novels, but since I'm not a fan of this genre, I'll pass.

Romantic novels aren’t really for me, but I do find it interesting that there is a supernatural twist. The storyline sounds familiar, but I can’t quite place it. Thank you for the detailed review. I’m sure this is a great read for someone who enjoys the genre.

The supernatural part of it makes it interesting. If you have probably witnessed or heard about many love stories ,you'd realise that love is a sacrifice. These days many prefer surviving and having a good life with someone they don't love. In the story , I compair the supernatural boundary with money since it is the most in preventing lovers to be together.

I only read a sample so far and the fact that the review talks about a second life make me curious how it will end up a supernatural story. As for the english used in the book, it's true that it is a simple easy english that doesn't require looking up words in the dicrionary too often but I found it not to my tast that names are used in stead of pronouns too much. Thank you for the review, it gave me will to pick the whole book especially since I like all those depictions of european rough landscapes.
