Surely, this book is not for the faint of heart! In a series of tragedy that happened to the protagonist's loved ones made her believe that she might be cursed. These horrifying events may have more impact had they been written in detail. As a fan of dark stories, I still find this novel intriguing. Congratulations on the BOTD.

This really sounds like a sad book and I don't enjoy sad books. Lily seems to have it all going wrong for her. Thank you for the review but I'll skip reading this one.

Your initial description of the book's combination of horror, depression, and tragedy is intriguing. It immediately piques the reader's interest in the unique blend of themes presented in the story. Congrats on BOTD!

I could read this book inly for sheer curiosity, not really because I'm interested in it. Reading about darkness, gloom, and depression is not what I prefer. The title actually got me thinking that it was a book about the age long tussle between good and evil. Congrats.

The book seems like an interesting read, but I have reservations because I don't like books that will scare me or make me imagine bizarre things. Life is filled with battles both physical and spiritual, however, we need to do the needful so we won't remain in that state. Congrats on the book of the day.

Sometimes things happen to people that make them think everything and every element is against them. I can't imagine how terrible Lily's experience will be.

Crazy Time: A Bizarre Battle with Darkness and the Divine by L. Andrew Cooper is an intriguing fiction that open most bizarrely with a binge party. The drunkard group share a dangerous journey through fun and introspective observations. The novel takes an u-turn when the light tone of the novel is replaced by horrendous murder of the three friends (Kris, Mia, Eric) of the protagonist Lily Henshaw.

Your review was detailed and engaging. The author has a very engrossing writing style. After reading the book description, I thought I wouldn't enjoy it due to its disturbing nature and violent content. However, when I started reading the sample, I couldn't stop as the plot was like something out of a movie sequence. I am curious to know how Lily manages to cope with the consequent trauma and tragedies that seem to follow her. Congratulations on the BOTD!

I am intrigued by the murder of Lily's three best friends on the highway. I am also fascinated by the fact that Lily's brother died by suicide three months after her best friends were murdered. I am interested in learning how these two events would affect Lily's life and her perception of reality as she starts to think that she is cursed.
