Brilliant book that shows the great work the FBI are always putting in and the troubles they have to get through in order to keep us safe.
Everything about this book is so perfect...the sequence of events and suspense just never failed to excite me as a reader.

Wow!!!! Its such an intriguing story, Lara and Uri, being an FBI agent requires no vacation 🧐, it's really suspense filled.... I desire to really know if it's really a spy from Iran🤔.
Thank you Jack!!!

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting thriller novel following two government agents, Lara and Uri, who after being informed of strange events surrounding a water processing and testing plant outside of Los Angeles, are tasked with investigating any potential terrorist involvement. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

It’s the fifth part of the series, but a relief that it is a standalone story. I can quickly grab the book and read it at one go for an intense thrilling experience. It would be interesting to read how the story unfurls. Nice review.

The problem with having a book of the day is that I don't have time to read all the books I'd like to! There are currently 763 unread titles on my Kindle, some of which - like my current reading - are actually complete series. Those often have 10+ books in them, so....

Okay, more about "Waterworks." I'd like to actually read it, so it's on my "want to read" list, ahead of some, behind others. As the reviewer noted, it's a bit pro-American/Israeli jingoistic, but that's to be expected; philosophical discussions of "terrorist versus freedom fighter depends on which side you're on" don't make for a good thriller.

This is a great review, and I particularly appreciate the warning at the end regarding it being written from a pro-USA and pro-Israel viewpoint. I read the sample, and the Muslim-terrorism narrative was quite disturbing; however, the storyline was intriguing nonetheless.

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to be with the power duo Uri and Lara as they infiltrate Iran to pursue the terrorists. Polonium is an unfamiliar chemical and how it was used in the water poisoning is interesting. I like spy novels and this one is right up my alley.

"Waterworks" by Jack Winnick is the fifth book in a series with Lara and Uri called in to solve another terrorist attack. Thanks to your review I know that this book can be read as a stand a lone. As I read the sample in Amazon, I became interested in the story and look forward to reading the rest of this book.

By reading this review, the book seems so interesting. I can’t wait to read it and find out how Lara and Uri solve the mystery. Seems like a worth reading mystery novel.

This review is a bit long-winded, but it is very thorough. Might be a little too thorough in the summary parts. I think you gave a little too much information about the details of the book, like Lara being able to achieve certain things. Not technically a spoiler, but it is a little revealing.

Great job on the reader disclaimers! You covered everything a reader should be aware of before they start this book and series. I think this review will bring a lot of attention to the series!
