I have kindle and OBC reader and PDF, when I try to download the book nothing shows up.

When I paste the gift code into Amazon to download the book and hit get gift it goes to a page that says "sorry we cannot find this page". I triple checked that I'm adding the right code but each time I try I get the same message.

I have tried all the download and moving processes and it's still not opening on my Android phone and i don't have a computer to move the file to. The file is invalid and cannot be opened in pdf

The kindle app is not downloading on my Android phone either. It's always telling me something went wrong and the page I'm looking for doesn't exist
