'๐˜‰๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ๐˜ฆ' is a non-fiction book written by award-winning novelist '๐˜ˆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ ๐˜—๐˜ง๐˜ฆ๐˜ง๐˜ง๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ'. In this book, the writer has written about her habit of binge eating, which she indulged in due to the family trauma she faced in her childhood. This led her to overeat and hate her weight. This book gives an overview of how she slowly overcame binge eating.
Reading this book is a soothing experience, as it will feel relatable to many of us who are balancing our jobs and passions. In this book, the writers describe how she is stuck with a hectic job, a cranky boss, and a desire to follow her passion. She's stuck with the job due to financial issues, but she has a strong urge or needs to get success in her passion so that she can do what she likes for the rest of her life and get free from the job she's stuck with. The book also mentions her relationship with her sister and how she helped her overcome her issue.
The book has very detailed descriptions of daily life. Some details might feel unnecessary for one but maybe too relatable to the other. The book also has little description of the love life, where a bit of detail, just as with other events, could make the book more interesting, in my opinion.
It looks like the book was professionally edited; hence, there are very few errors.
I would recommend this book to people aged between 18 and 30 who could relate this book to their lives and would feel a pleasant feeling of relief after reading the book, as at the end it gives hope that one day you'll achieve what you are striving for and life will be good. Considering the pros and cons mentioned above, I would like to rate the book 4 ๐™ค๐™ช๐™ฉ ๐™ค๐™› 5 ๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™–๐™ง๐™จ.
