I'm a Christian but my faith waivers, especially when bad things keep happening that'll make you question your faith. I do think it's more normal than not, to have bouts with your religious beliefs because you think the minute you get saved and obey God's purpose for you, then you would not run into any problems. I can say that bad things are going to always happen but I learned to lean on my faith during those times. Obviously, this book is perfect for someone like me, so I am going to get this book. It is not a book that I would read, but I think it is excellent that the author offers a guide to finding spiritual balance. From the outside, I have seen that in Christianity people in the group are expected to act in a certain way, for example, how many times a month they should go to church.
