I didn't know their was a first book either. This one felt like a solid standalone. I wonder if the first book is totally different characters?

I completely agree with you on the surprise of this not being a standalone book or the first in a series.Nenye Charles wrote: ↑16 Sep 2023, 23:59 I’m surprised this is actually a book in the series. It definitely doesn’t feel like one, and can obviously be read as a stand alone. I’ll make an attempt to purchase the first book though.

Thank you so much for mentioning that this book is part of the 'Legends of the Grail' series! I've been trying to find it, and now I'm excited to explore this book and see how it changes my perspective on Nimue.Shally Z wrote: ↑28 Sep 2023, 17:38 I figured this book was part of a series but I always thought that this was going to be the first in a series of tales. I checked Amazon and it turns out this is part of her "Legends of the Grail" series. I might give her other books a read and see if it changes how I see Nimue!
