This books sounds interesting. What appears to be a move to reconnect with his mom turns into a spiral of murder and mystery. There also seems to be important themes, like homelessness, covered in this book. I would love to have a ready and experience how this all fits together. Congrats on #BOTD

Interesting review.
Sometimes it's the magic of kindness and humanity we show to others bring the person back to normal from disease. Happiness is everything. Inculcating happiness even in the hard times in life brings more power to us to face the challenges that life gives us. This book reminds us that with a beautiful story.
Thanks for the review

The reviewer expresses enthusiasm for "A Week's Worth" by Thyme Lewis, describing it as engaging, thought-provoking, and heartwarming. They appreciate the book's simplicity of language, character-driven narrative, and its ability to address real-world issues, particularly homelessness. A significant plot twist in the fifty-fifth chapter is highlighted as a standout moment. While the review refrains from assigning a numerical rating, it's evident that the book left a positive impression and comes highly recommended for mystery, suspense, and audiobook enthusiasts.
Life is a play where we are the actors and the audience, We laugh and cry, love and hate, create and destroy,
We seek to know ourselves and others, to belong and to be free, We accept what we can and change what we must.

I am fascinated by how Mac plans to rekindle his relationship with with his mother. I am intrigued by the troubling news that Mac heard about her mother. I am interested in learning how to Mac's plan of going on a vacation with her mother at his LA apartment would affect their relationship.

I love that it tackles issues like homelessness, I don't think I've ever read a fictional novel that talks about that before. I definitely would like to read more about it. And the fact that Mac's journey to rekindle the relationship with his mother takes place during a pandemic is also something interesting I'd like to read more on.

A coming-to-terms story of a mother and son, with the backdrop of pandemic, and including mystery and suspense too. I wonder if written version is as good as the audio book you heard. Will have to check out. Thanks for the review.
