Review of Uncouth
[Following is an official OnlineBookClub.org review of "Uncouth" by Kevin B. Ploth.]
The definition of "uncouth" in the dictionary refers to a lack of grace or refinement. In a similar vein, Kevin B. Ploth's poetry collection, titled Uncouth, explores intimate acts. One of the poems, titled "Kiss," vividly depicts a person's longing to kiss their partner and the sensations involved. Another poem, "The Touch," delves into the intimate nature of being caressed by one's partner. Some of the other poems beautifully describe the male and female genitals, employing eloquent language. However, not all poems within the collection possess intimate connotations. The author skillfully captures deep desires throughout the book, which may pique your interest. I invite you to delve into the intriguing world of Uncouth and discover how the author artfully conveys these emotions.
I appreciate the author's adeptness in crafting his words, resulting in engaging and comprehensible poems. The collection comprises a total of 13 poems, and I have developed some personal favorites among them. One that stands out for me is "The Teacher," which delves into the essential role teachers play in a child's life. The author describes teachers as a divine gift that nurtures personal growth and learning. Another poem that resonated with me is "The Sex Act," wherein the author educates readers about the multifaceted nature of sex as both an act and a gift. Additionally, "Hits" caught my attention as it offers a perspective from a woman's point of view. It expresses a determination to no longer be victimized by a bully and protect the children from harm.
While I found several poems that resonated with me, there were a couple, namely "Phone Call" and "Cyclone," whose meanings eluded me. Nevertheless, these minor confusions did not detract from my overall reading experience. Also, there were a few errors. Therefore, I wholeheartedly rate this collection 5 out of 5 stars. It is a worthwhile and concise read, complemented by captivating and thought-provoking illustrations.
I would recommend Uncouth to individuals who are comfortable with the sexual themes explored in some of the poems. Open-mindedness is a prerequisite for delving into this collection. Additionally, poetry enthusiasts will find great appreciation for this concise book.

Honestly can’t wait to get my hands on this book their isn’t nothing better then feeling the romance thro words and thoughts . Love the idea of a sexual vibe while reading and cuddling late at night drinking your tea hearing the raindrops outside .
