The book 'Reconfigurement' by E. Alan Fleischauer is an impressive, educational, and very well-written book. It has a fun element to it, and it is easy to read.

I would rate the book five out of five stars. It has flawless editing, and I could not find any typing or grammatical errors. I believe it deserves an exceptional rating because it is organized well and the topics it covers are very important. The author addresses the upcoming challenges of our aging population and how unprepared most people are to meet the financial demands of their retirement years or afford medical needs and living expenses.

The name 'Reconfigurement' is very suitable for the book because it provides a plan for the reader to change his life. The topics go over one's financial planning for retirement, including budgeting, getting life insurance, medical insurance, long-term care, investments, trusts, wills, and more. The author even covers the importance of one's career choice and how to do career assessments in order to find a job that is suitable. Based on the assessments, we can find employment that fits our strengths and character and thus provides for a happy and satisfying long-term position.

I wouldn't change anything about the book because it has a lot of useful information for everything related to planning for retirement. The variety of topics provides a brief overview of many financial terms, and they are explained with their benefits and disadvantages. I learned a lot about social security, as well as the importance of contacting licensed professionals when making important decisions.

I would highly recommend the book because I think every person should have the financial knowledge to plan for a better future. The book is about reconfiguring our careers, investments, and insurance choices, but it would be extremely helpful to anyone who is mature enough to think about employment, budget, and configuring their life right to begin with.
