I believe taking care of oneself, above every other thing, is vital for success. This book has helped to emphasize this all the more for me. A supporting partner is equally vital. Thank you for the review.

Joanne's willingness to be open and honest about her struggles is a testament to her courage. It's this kind of vulnerability that often makes memoirs deeply relatable and engaging. Congrats.

This memoir offers a profound exploration of a life filled with numerous obstacles, taking readers on an emotionally charged journey that's impossible to overlook. The author's remarkable ability to embrace every situation with a positive outlook is an inspiring example of resilience and personal growth. Additionally, the memoir underscores the significance of self-care and the value of having the right companion. Nice review.

There are certain changes that we experience in our lifetime that could be bad or good, seeing the challenges experienced throughout Joanne's story it may be hard for a person to cope up and move forward one with a weak mindset may even opt for suicide attempts but seeing that she was positive despite all she's been through right from her family background gives hope. Thanks for this kind of review new aspect of veiwing stuff, it's really great.

Your review was incredibly engaging, and I was attracted to read the author's journey. "... tendency to work excessively and neglect her physical wellbeing." I am somewhat guilty of this behavior, and it is like a signal to me that it is time to change. The first chapter was a poignant reminder that not everything in life is in our control. I am genuinely eager to read the rest of the author's journey and learn from her experience. Congratulations on the BOTD!

I like memoirs because the reader gets to understand life in the eyes of the author and sometimes relate to the events that happened to the author. This book shows that no matter what happens, we can be able to overcome anything.
