Intriguing and enigmatic, "The Manna Chronicles: Book I" is a literary journey that transcends the conventional boundaries of mystery and adventure. The narrative unfolds like an ancient tapestry, blending history, science, and the supernatural into a mesmerizing tapestry of human discovery.
Maya Harrington, a pragmatic archaeologist, finds herself at the heart of a quest for the elusive Philosophers Stone, a mystery that has captured the imagination of scholars and luminaries throughout history. As she searches for her missing father and unravels the enigma surrounding this powerful artifact, the story delves deep into the realms of ancient texts, prophecies, and shadowy organizations.
The narrative masterfully weaves together the wisdom of the ages, from the Pharaohs of Egypt to the brilliance of figures like Sir Isaac Newton and Stephen Hawking, creating a compelling backdrop for Maya's journey. The 2017 eclipse serves as a turning point, a celestial event that ignites a countdown to a worldwide conflagration and the rise of a New World Order.
The story invites readers to question the boundaries of reality and the existence of forces beyond human comprehension. Is Maya truly the chosen one to save humanity, or is her destiny an enigmatic road paved by the sands of time?

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting thriller/mystery story following Maya Harrington and her friends as they travel the world in search of the Garden of Eden and her father. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

Will Maya Harrington see her father alive, who after uncovering a deadly secret has gone missing? As Maya searches for her father, will she survive from the danger this secret has unleashed for her family? Why are powerful men intent to make this secret to remain as such. I love reading suspense novels and this one is right up my alley.

The book has a great combo of religion, science, mind-travel, and history themes. Maya seems to be an interesting character to follow as she tries to locate her father. "Lost Secret of the Ancient Ones" is an interesting, fast-paced mystery novel. Congratulations to the author on BOTD!

Great review. You did an excellent job of describing the book without giving away too much. I love books that mix fact and fiction. I thought this one read a lot like a Dan Brown book also.

An interesting mystery, lost mythological secrets, a missing father, and a band of friends to help Maya resolve the situation. The opening section fills the reader with questions and a need to know more.

This seems an interesting mystery thanks to the use of ancient civilization though I understand your doubts about certain plot elements.

Thanks for the review. In "Lost Secret of the Ancient Ones", Maya Harrington is in search of her dad, Dr. Alex Harrington who happens to found the, secret that might be used in harmful ways if gone in wrong hands. Will Maya be able to find her dad and what was the secret Alex found is what makes this book interesting.

The captivating journey through exotic locales and a diverse supporting cast of characters add depth to the narrative, although the frequent focus on drug-induced hallucinations and alternate dimensions can be overwhelming at times. Congrats on BOTD.

The book also evoked strong parallels to Dan Brown's "Angels and Demons" for me. Your review was wonderfully vivid and descriptive!
