'Official Review: Young Americans' by Peter S. Rush has an informative introduction. It relates the relevant points of the action thriller story for readers. The point that the book depicts the actual events of a drug dealer's life is worth mentioning in the review. The reactions to the book provided by the reviewer were interesting to follow. Also, as mentioned in the review, the author's work describes nightlife, drug smuggling, and prison life. It was great to learn that the book reminds us of the importance of staying away from drugs!

Thank you for your great review. This book doesn't contain subjects I am interested in. From sampling it, I could tell the author seemed to write it realistically, and I'm glad to hear it was edited well too. There are probably many others that will enjoy this book, but I'm going to pass on it.

Drug abuse has become so rampant in our society that it has been a major problem. The book shows us the reality and struggles of being involved in it, I hope that Tommy will change in the end and will find peace. Thank you for the great review, well-written and very detailed.

Drugs destroy everyone around them, but I can see how someone with such a troubled childhood would choose that path. I really like the way Peter Rush writes, so I'll make sure to check this book out. Thank you.

The book tackles sensitive topics such as child milestone and illegal drugs so I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how Tommy’s life panned out amidst the dangerous men in a dangerous world he associated himself with.

This story is related to the young world nowadays, his disappointment with his parents made him to choose between looking for his own path which is the wrong path. The story is giving a good lesson for parents to more give attention to their children. This story is a common story, but according to the review, the author made it very well. Good job of the author and thanks for your excellent review.

Thanks for the honest review of the book! I'm glad that while you weren't particularly keen on the profanities and themes, you could say that it's a good book to read. I thought the review itself is straightforwardly good as it follows the guidelines to a tee. It's a great example for reviewers like myself.

The character development and honest portrayal of the drug world in Young Americans by Peter Rush have piqued my interest. I'm prepared for the gritty reality and appreciate the warning about mature content in the novel.

Tommy was having difficulties in adulthood as a result of being mistreated as a youngster, and when he asked for assistance, his parents did not accept him. He soon found himself in the company of hazardous individuals in his quest for achievement and independence.
