I did that when I submitted the review but when it was sent the bold and italics seem to have vanished. If possible I can submit a PDF format for the review because I have one and I really like to have my review looked at.

I finished reading the whole book long time ago but you have consistently sent me reminders about the same even when I have replied and given my challenges. I did submit a review but my titles and other relevant parts changed from the original text where bold was and were italics where. So what do I do next?
