A fascinating novel, wonderfully crafted by someone who knows how to engage readers with fast paced thrills involving international terrorism. Huge kudos to the author.

Diving into 'Waterworks' by Jack Winnick is like stepping into a high-stakes chess game where every move is a matter of life and death. Lara and Uri's undercover mission is a masterclass in tension and tactics—a must-read for fans of espionage thrillers. Congratulations on being BOTD!

This book is not one I would be interested to read but does sound suspenseful and action-packed and if you’re inclined towards themes of counterterrorism, crime and mystery I’m sure this book would be an amazing read. Well done on #BOTD.

The well-developed characters and gripping plot are easily noticed in this Lara and Uri book. However, the terrorism and the excess of violent scenes in the book make it less appealing to me. Congratulations on BOTD!

Waterworks is a captivating spy novel. The story commenced with an attack on an Aqueduct Filtration Plant in California. Agent Lara Edmond and Agent Uri Levin from the Israeli Mossad were called to help. They went undercover in the Iranian government to find the culprit, discover the master plan, and prevent another attack on the Jewish Americans living in Los Angeles. Good book review!

I really enjoyed your review. What I love most about the Lara-Uri series is that each book can be read as a standalone. A polonium attack at the Los Angeles Aqueduct Filtration Plant by Iranian terrorists gets Lara and Uri going undercover to investigate. The two make a formidable duo in the fight against terrorism, evident in this installment.
The character development is noteworthy as is the plot. Congratulations to Jack Winnick for another BOTD fete.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting thriller novel following two government agents, Lara and Uri, who after being informed of strange events surrounding a water processing and testing plant outside of Los Angeles, are tasked with investigating any potential terrorist involvement. It might be worth a second look. Well done.
