Communication plays a vital role in today's world. It's great that the authors give step-wise guidance on effective communication. Behaviour linked to communication is interesting. Sometimes, our particular behaviour may not be taken on a lighter note and can hurt others. The footnotes seem to be helpful as well. I might read this book. Good review.

The connection between healthy communication and healthy relationships is thought-provoking. The book's focus on both verbal and nonverbal communication is likely to be valuable for its readers.

The authors have gone the extra mile in facilitating the readers' understanding by incorporating tables that break down complex information into manageable segments. These visual aids provide further clarity and enable readers to grasp the concepts more easily. Nice review.
