Anatoly Roman Volkov, also known as "the Wolf," hopes to rule Russia someday. Although this goal seems harmless, the methods he intends to employ to get there are questionable. How and by what means does Anatoly hope to accomplish his goal? Will he be successful? Find out in Jake Fortina and the Roman Conspiracy.

Jake Fortina and the Roman Conspiracy also documented Jake Fortina's activity as a military personnel and his part in trying to thwart an evil scheme that would have killed many people.

Jake Fortina and the Roman Conspiracy was a comprehensive and exciting book to read. I was engrossed in the story from the beginning and couldn't put the book down until I finished reading it. Upon finishing the book, I admired Ralph R. "Rick" Steinke, as he had skillfully written the narrative.

Numerous elements contributed to the story's fascinating nature. Suspense was one of these elements. I was always eager to know what would happen next in the book because the plot had so much suspense. A scene in the book that was filled with so much suspense was the raid on a farm. To avoid spoilers, I wouldn't go into details. The suspense made the book so captivating and irresistible to me. I was so curious about what would happen next in the narrative that I couldn't drop the book without finding these out.

Another feature of the book I enjoyed was its unpredictability. The author added many twists to the narrative that I never foresaw. One such twist was Jake's meeting with an unexpected character, an event I never knew was possible. The unpredictability of the narrative added to the thrill of reading, as being unable to correctly guess future outcomes intrigued me to find out how the story ended.

The book is professionally edited. There's nothing I dislike. Therefore, I rate it 5 out of 5 stars. If you are a fan of thrillers, I recommend this book to you.
