Advice about improving a business from improving language of communication to valuing relationships and referrals.

The author starts with analysing a cons of finding a niche, by being truthful he is sharing how he was able to get to place where he decided to specialise in SEO services only for law firm specializing in Personal Injury cases. Author clearly states at the very start that first the reader needs to try a broader market to get better understanding of the possibilities and our own capabilities.

It was quick lecture written with many examples from daily life and easy language.

The advices I found while reading this light book counting only 146 pages can be applied to start and develop any business.

I would recommend this book to anybody who is starting their journey in work market. Whether it would be an employee or employer position. This book introduces to rules of high standards business relationships. How to start and develop in order to gain in long distance rather than loose by acting like sales person.

I will read other book of this author as I was convinced that this position was created from enthusiasm and need to share acquired knowledge throughout the time of creating a real business.
