As the review mentioned, this is certainly a unique approach to writing. One that uses meditation in the form of a branch of Buddhism, Zen Buddhism. I admire that the book focuses on the right state of mind, and having attempted to write myself, I can attest that it is, indeed, hard to write a book. Congratulations on the BOTD.

Is a very insightful read because it gives us the tools that we need in order to write a book. The author also gives tips on how to use meditation as a guide. Anyone wanting to write a book, this is definitely a great resource.
