This will surely be an interesting thriller. I will refrain from forming an opinion yet until I read the book. Thank you for the wonderful review.

East Wind (2nd edition) by Jack Winnick is a novel based on terrorism and its impact. The US has been the targeted ground for them. It's an espionage thriller based on the reality that may sometimes happen in the future. Excited to read it. Congratulations on BOTD. The review has perfectly done its job .

I would have skipped this book, as spy thrillers are not my chosen genre, however, your review has made me think twice. It sounds like the author has worked hard to delve deeper into the characters' emotional qualities and as a result, create a contrast between the fast-paced action of the main narrative.

I'm normally not fond of espionage novels but Jack Winnick managed to change that for me. He manages to grab my attention from the word go as he start the book with so much tension that you can't stop reading until you finish the book. Thanks for an insightful review.

I am an ardent reader of action thrillers, and this is definitely a must-read. Walid Jahangiri shows how many people will always be swayed by years of propaganda without knowing the truth. Many thanks for the fascinating, informative review.

I appreciate your insight into the geopolitical context of the novel, especially the threat of a nuclear attack. The East Wind metaphor adds a poetic layer to the story. It's compelling to see how the characters navigate life-and-death situations in this tense environment.

U.S is in great danger of nuclear bombing. Lara and Uri have to work together and be very brave to destroy the weapon and save the country.

The synopsis of "East Wind" presents a gripping espionage thriller with a unique blend of characters like Uri Levin and Lara Edmond facing imminent threats from Hezbollah operatives. The author's ability to intertwine personal and secret intelligence stories between characters adds depth and realism to the narrative, elevating it beyond the typical spy novel. The promise of a climactic confrontation and the mention of a sequel, "Devil Among Us," heightens the anticipation for readers. Nice review.

Thank you for sharing your insightful and comprehensive review of "East Wind" by Jack Winnick. Your vivid description has piqued my interest in this espionage thriller, and your analysis of the novel's strengths makes it clear why it stands out in the genre.

The dynamic duo of Uri Levin and Lara Edmond, each with their unique skills and backgrounds, seems to add a layer of complexity to the narrative. It's refreshing to hear that the author adeptly switches perspectives among characters, providing a well-rounded view of both the defenders of justice and those who pose a threat. This storytelling technique, coupled with the characters' rich backgrounds, appears to elevate the novel beyond the confines of a typical spy thriller.

Very good review, the author has done great work by clearly spelling out the characters for us the readers to get to know them better, the thrilling aspect in the book gives more enthusiasm to continue reading the story of these two "Uri and Lara" as they work tirelessly to put to an end any kind of terrorism. The story gives an insight of how terrorism starts and how people need to be vigilant always regardless of ethnicity and tribe.
