Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

The character development in "Nimue: Freeing Merlin" felt meaningful and fitting to me. It offered a deeper understanding of the characters, particularly Nimue, and their personal journeys. As they grapple with their hidden heritage and the resurgence of ancient magic, their growth and transformation are well-executed and add depth to the narrative.

I find the character development of Nina and Nimue to be meaningful and fitting. Considering that Nina is well-versed in her family history and heritage, she can adapt to the situations she finds herself in, as her uncle and mother have also emphasized their heritage significantly.

I think all characters in Nimue were perfectly developed, and especially Nina as seen through her predecessor Nimue. I think Nina inherited from Nimue open-minded curiosity and passion, even though Nina played a second fiddle to Nimue.

I find it meaningful and fitting for the main characters, Nimue and Merlin. I wish to see more background and history to other supporting characters, to understand their perspectives as well. I'm halfway through this book so I hope it's addressed, or maybe the other books in this series touch upon it.

Yes, the character development was fitting in my eyes. The way the author allowed the characters to learn from their mistakes, which enhanced their growth.

Absolutely! The development of the characters utilized in Nimue: Freeing Merlin was properly developed, and each character fitted into the storyline well.

The character development of Nina is very well justified. It was needed in every way, and it did turn out to be good, as I enjoyed it. Then there's that of Nimue as well; properly developed.

I thought the character development the characters underwent was fitting. Even though it was sad to see some of the youthful character that were filled with hope and joy experience hardships that changed their heart, I felt it added more depth to the story.

The book in general is well-crafted. The character development was well done, and it was necessary for this story. Like in the legend (or myth) of King Arthur, the development and change in personalities is an important aspect (like the change in Morgana,...).

Yes, ut was meaningful as it began from the previous books. The author takes time to let everything pan out. Nothing is forced.

I do believe that the character development was nice. Even though there were a lot of side characters. They all played their roles efficiently.

Honestly, there was very little character development. And the bit that there was okay at best. It was more telling than showing.
