Paranormal feels so dangerous, so forbidden, that we humans often think about it, imagining different characters and how they would affect us if they were real. I love reading about such stories as they are exciting, and they suck us readers entirely in. Congratulations for BOTD and best wishes for future projects.

I LOVED IT!! But the author needs to work on developing the characters more!!
I can see the potential of the book but also needs to be developed a bit more to make it better

The review provides an idea of the insides of the story. To be surrounded by paranormal occurrences would certainly baffle anyone. Themes such as trust, friendship, paranormal occurrences will definitely add to the excitement. Congrats on BOTD.

As I have read the book, my attention was caught by the scenes of life and death of the main character, Dave.. and this intrigued me because my son also was recently diagnosed with a bilateral pneumonia, and until now he has colds and cough and a fever that will come in and out.. as I read by this story, it gives me a thought that I will be afraid of the possible happenings..but with the medication given to, a great intervention of prayer will add to a feeling of being at peace. Indeed, this story will give everyone helpful information, and good to read to everyone who loves reading books.

"Dennis W Rhoades' Sentinel of the Light: Awakening" intrigues with a gripping storyline that explores themes of friendship, trust, and the paranormal. The prologue and initial chapters create anticipation, but the plot loses momentum due to predictable elements. While the book is well-formatted, selective character development and unresolved subplots detract from the overall experience. Numerous errors and a lack of clarity on parapsychology and magic deduct stars. The rating settles at three out of five, with potential for improvement. Suitable for fantasy enthusiasts exploring hero archetypes within characters.

I initially thought that I would really like this book. The summary about Dave, Spud, and Anna made it seem very interesting. Then I got to your criticism and changed my mind about it. I have ignored the opinions of others here before and it didn’t go well. Congratulations on BOTD!

This book opened me back up the the celestial and “paranormal”. I love the relationships that’s these folks hold. I love the rawness of the material and I really appreciate the celestial background.

To be honest, parapsychology is a new word to me. I liked the details in this review. It gives great insight into the book. The short summary in the beginning of the review gives an idea of what this book is about. You did great job!

A very informative and superbly detailed review. Thank you!
From the sample I read, I was captivated. Dave's experience of almost losing his life here was captivating in that his encounter with the 3 choices provided by that mysterious voice was rather perfectly constructed, in terms of sensible options from both a fantasy and reality perspective 😀 I would love to know the source of this voice and the choices Dave makes! It is indeed a pity if this essence is lost throughout the book in terms of maintaining such suspense, as you mention. Congratulations to the Author for putting this together!

I appreciate the honesty of this review! It seems that this book is a case of a good idea with not-so-good execution. If there is more focus put on making everything cohesive (along with better development), it’ll make for a more consistently enticing read throughout.
