Sci-Fi/Fantasy is my favorite genre, so usually it is a sure guarantee that I will read a book, but unfortunately in this particular case I will have to refrain from the rule, because of a low average rating: 2 out of 4. Apologies, but the forum's recommendations have never stirred me wrong and therefore, despite an interesting plot, I trust opinion based on published reviews more.
