I love the fact that the author wrote about Parapsychology something not many writers write about and as a reader you get to learn and not read for fun

This is a mind-hacking novel. This book features Dave who became aware of various paranormal occurrences both around him and within him. However, he has a sincere close friend called Spud. To know what happened, I recommend it to everyone. It's worth reading. Congrats on BOTD!

Coming out of his battle with pneumonia and breakup with his girlfriend, Dave faces eerie paranormal activities around him that lead him to meet Anna and later Professor Hamilton, who introduces him to parapsychology, which changes his life direction. An intense suspense genre book. Interesting plot, but if the suspense wears off in the initial chapters, it might get a little boring. Thanks for the literary criticism of the book as well. Good review.

Even though I am still lost about the concept of parapsychology, I am very eager to read the book deeper and understand the concept of parapsychology and its connection to magic. Thank you so much for the indepth review.

For fantasy fans who are interested in the paranormal, Dennis W. Rhodes tells the story of David Warren. He is a young medical student who enters the hospital with pneumonia, endures a near death experience, and comes out a completely different being infused with magical energy. The book sample caught my attention. Good book review and thank you for your candor.

The book sounds appealing to me especially when Dave comes back to life and finds out he has some paranormal energy. It will be interesting to read what energy is that and how the events unfold. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Perhaps if the author cleans up the issues as stated in the review, I would be tempted to give this one a whirl. But as it is, I'll follow the reviewer's lead and skip this one for the moment. My fingers are crossed that the author accepts the constructive feedback and takes a fresh look at the material.

I do like paranormal stories, but this plot regarding Dave, Anna and co seems a bit too complicated for me, so I'll pass on this one.

The author's clear and concise writing style effectively sets the stage for the paranormal events that follow, while also providing enough detail to flesh out the characters and their relationships. The story is fast-paced and engaging, with a sense of suspense and mystery that keeps the reader hooked. The friendship between Dave and Spud is endearing and well-developed, adding emotional depth to the story.

Thanks for the detailed review! Your insights into 'Sentinel of the Light: Awakening' provide a balanced perspective. The captivating prologue and exploration of friendship make it intriguing, yet the clarity between parapsychology and magic could be improved. Your points on predictability and structural errors offer valuable considerations. It's commendable that you acknowledge the author's effort while suggesting areas for improvement. Your review adds depth to the reader's understanding.
