This was a good and honest review. Overall i feel like it gives a good understanding of what to expect. And has me curious to read it.

Thanks for the great review. Your observation of the author's use of personal experience in this work shows that poetry can be used as a form of self expression. The author's main themes in the book, which include the society, gender, and divinity may point to areas that had a profound impact on his life. The author then adds some nuance into his observations with philosophy and belief in the divine, which I think makes for a thought-provoking read.

It rare to come across a poetry book that incorporated spirituality together with the family ties. Must be insightful read but my mood in poetry os not available at the moment. With heavy heart, I let this pass.

Thanks for the review! I admire this book's mission of “keeping us all together in peace" through love. But although I enjoy poetry, I read the sample, and I don't think this one is for me.

Amazing review. In "Looking Inwards: Journey Towards Turiya" , Sameer Pendse shares his opinion on social responsibility and his journey during his stay in America, U.K and India.The author used unconventional way of using poetry to spread his message on love and peace. Overall, it was fantastic reading experience.

The book is a collection of poems, based on author's life experience of different life stages and locations. It covers subjects like family, love and spiritiality. Unlike some other poets out there, it's less sollipsistic and more in tune with the universe and the soul.

“Looking Inwards” by Sameer Pendse is a form of self-expression by the author. The book is split into three parts that reflect Pendse’s experiences in America, India and the UK. The book includes spiritual content that leads to higher devotion and an afterlife. The poems are very real and readers should enjoy Pendse’s perspective on love, life and peace. I am not a poetry buff but these poems are really meaningful and all readers should enjoy them. Think through each poem and understand the meaning professed by Pendse.

While I appreciate a poem now and again, it is unlikely I will read a book dedicated to it. The book seems to have a lot of interesting content for amateurs of the genre, with references to personal experience, and the essay at the start to set the tone.
