Science fiction with a fantasy twist is something new I would love to try it. Based on the multiverse theory one Gary takes control of another instance of Gary in a different word line and commits a heinous crime of which the original Gary is not aware of.
Imagine his predicament. Interesting concept.

Am not really a fan of science fiction books, but, I was intrigued with the fact that someone, Gary, as narrated in the book, dreamt of committing a crime, which his mother-in-law, a dementia said she saw him committing. Scientifically, could the same person be at two places at the same time?
I hope through same science, Gary's science professor would be able to solve the mystery so that an innocent person wouldn't rot in jail.

Thanks for your great review. The review has sparked my imagination, and I can’t wait to read this book. It sounds like a thrilling and mind-bending story. I’m curious about the multiverse and lucid dreaming concepts. Congrats to the author, #BOTD!

This is a well-written review of this book. It is nice to see that the author improved on the editing of the book and consequently earned the fourth out of four stars from this reviewer. The worldliness theory makes this a scary world for human beings. We have enough trouble controlling ourselves as the human race. :techie-studyinggray:

Seems to be a very intriguing book. The concepts of different worlds is all right but a person is present everywhere and does not remember his actions done under the influence of multiverse is quite puzzling. Anyway these complications make a good fiction.
The review is well made and evoke curiosity to go through the book. Thanks for a nice review.

The review of "Worldlines" by Adam Guest appreciates the author's exploration of the multiverse theory, where one instance of a person controls another across different worldlines. The narrative clarity and first-person perspectives of different Garys enhance the storytelling. The intriguing concept prompts contemplation on personal identity and choices. Despite some repetition, the well-written and professionally edited book earns a 4-star rating. It's recommended for those with a scientific mindset and an interest in fantasy-infused science fiction.

Nice review! As someone who is intrigued by the idea of multiverse/alternate universes, this sounds like a sci-fi tale I could possibly get into. I can see how that sort of repetition could get tiresome, so I wonder if there was any way to work around that? I guess it would depend on which details throughout the span of each scene are absolutely crucial to the overarching plot.

Just a paragraph in, and I'm already sold. I love thought-provoking books, and "Worldliness" appears to be just the type I am attracted to. I'm beginning to wonder where and how Mary saw Gary murdering someone. I'm eager to dig deeper into this mystery.

This seems like a good science fiction book to me. It has an interesting theme that starts with the idea of the existence of parallel universes and is developed based on the current laws and theories of physics. The only bad thing I could say about it is the fact that many of the sentences are somewhat redundant and/or unnecessary. However, the rest is great.

I never knew there was a thing like lucid dreaming till now. This story has piqued my interest, as I’m beginning to imagine what version of him actually committed the crime. Great review.

The reviewer's exploration of how we would react and try to prove our innocence if someone else controlled our body was an interesting moral quandary that arises from the worldlines concept. That philosophical dimension has me intrigued.
