Wow! Being a fan of sci-fi and paranormal fiction, this book portrayed a very touching, heart rendering and intriguing...
I can relate with Bob in this story because at one time I my life, I had to leave the land of my birth to venture into a foreign land to seek greener pasture leaving a very dark life behind... I thank God for my life now even though it's still tough... But luckily for Bob, he found love even in the darkest moments! Lol 😂...
And as for Joshua, he displayed loyalty and a true brother to his best friend even willing to sacrifice his own life for him.. I felt that... And it took deep courage for Sue to still love bob even though she knew about his past.
I really enjoyed reading this work...
Waiting for more of these from David!
Big ups! 👍🏽

I am in conflict as to whether or not to read, "Kaleidoscopic Shades: Within Black Eternity" by David A. Neuman especially since your review mentioned that most of the story doesn't start until the middle of the book. I have a hard time imagining what I will be reading in the beginning of the story. I read the sample in Amazon and it was quite confusing to me so I think I'll let this one slide by my reading list.
But still, congratulations to the author for BOTD.

Awesome review. Though fictional, the concepts portrayed are highly relatable. Ranging from love to being haunted by shadows from the past. A book I'd love to read more.

Books like this are very rare and I am glad I have seen one, Joshua reminds me so much about myself.

I read the sample and felt that the writing style was a bit pedantic. As a result, it didn't hold my interest. I'm also not a fan of time travel or the concept of multi-universes, so I'm not the right type of reader for this book. Nevertheless, I wish the author well in finding an appreciative reading audience.

Kaleidoscopic Shades is a unique paranormal fiction story with a blend of love. Joshua is determined in saving Sammy and I hope he eventually comes back alive. I give it 4 star

The plot seems interesting and could produce a good story, but from the review it seems that it miss its coherence. The review is detailed and honest. Congrats on BOTD

I could tell from the cover that this book would have a spooky plot. I don’t read many paranormal fiction books but I do like reading this kind of book around Halloween. Sounds like this book has promise though.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting fantasy story about a place where time and reality can be manipulated. When a being from that place pursues Bob and his family, Bob and his son must travel to the other place and defeat the evil man. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

Whilst the concept of the book is intriguing, I was lost from the beginning. The starting chapters are almost like multiple scene-setting prologues, and they have an almost poetic way of being written that I struggled to follow and connect with. This one is not for me.

I like the way the author has portrayed Joshua's true friendship. Your honest review is also amazing. Even though the book didn't get 4/4 rating i still want to read it. Thanks for the review.

In 2022 after Bob ran from Adelaide to Corona, Cali escape from his past for years, strange things started happening. Some children in Corona started dreaming about a particular man dressed in black clothes. This dream started with Joshua Triplow. Soon, people started disappearing. Sammy, Joshua's friend, could not be found, and Bob became frightened. After being told the solution, Bob and Joshua embarked on a journey to Adelaide to stop the mysterious man. Aside some errors and how bulky the read is, it's a fair book
