I am not a believer of cosmic influences on personalities. I also don't enjoy this kind of challenging read. I will pass on this one, but I am glad the reviewer found it worthwhile.

One's cosmic type, or purpose and characteristics, are determined by their zodiac sign and birth date. I was a little let down by the book's excess astrological work after reading through some of the sample material. Astrophysicists are not people I trust. Thus, I'm not the right reader for this book. Review is composed with style. Congratulations for the BOTD, author.
Astrophysicists do not study Astrology or Zodiac signs, they are scientists who study how stars, planets, and galaxies form and function. Astrologists draw connections between human behavior and the alignment of the stars and planets. I think what you meant to say is you don't trust Astrologists? I don't believe in Astrology either, but I am open to reading more of this book.

The book seems to offer a unique approach by integrating cosmic enneagrams within the zodiac to provide insights into individual traits, strengths, challenges, and influences. It seems to provide a framework for individuals to gain insights into their identity and navigate different stages of life.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting self-help book focusing on a study of cosmic types to discover an individuals characteristics and personalities. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

The review is so well written and detailed. But I don't believe much about the zodiac signs and their influence. I may read about it out of curiosity, but I think the book will be too complicated for me. So I'll skip it this time. Congrats on BOTD

The complicated topics were made more comprehensible by the addition of interactive exercises like the "Finding Your Type" exam and tables. It's not just a book; it's a cosmic puzzle waiting to be solved. Kudos to Allen David Young for creating a unique and engaging odyssey.

This book goes deep into a level of intrapersonal understanding of one's self. I like that it potentially brings a deeper connection with the inner person. The numerous abstract concepts, however, may make it difficult to retain readers' attention.

"Trinities to Enneagrams: Finding Your Identities and Life Stages" by Allen David Young is helpful along with zodiac signs and cosmic types to guide you on your journey in finding yourself. I have read another book on the enneagram and I know it can be quite an eye opener once you get past all the hard reading. I've put this book on my "to read" list and look forward to reviewing this second edition. Congratulations to the author for BOTD.
