A Secret Life is an interesting book. Readers can learn a lot of life lessons from reading this book. Yana is an interesting character. I hope things eventually work out for her. Hopefully later editions of this book will be better edited. Congrats on making botd!

I quite enjoyed the brief 4-chapter sample of A Secret Life by Mina Bancheva. It was an enjoyable read. The tenseness of leaving her home country of Bulgaria, alongside the mixed feelings of anxiousness and freedom she experiences when she arrives in Wales, captures the true reality of the life of many migrants who make that same journey every day. Such journies make for good stories that capture the imagination of readers who are looking for courage in their own lives. Although I did enjoy the sample, like others, the flow of the story was often broken by many editing errors.
