Both smoothie and cereal. But no milk with the cereal...just a little crunch to go with the smoothie.

I prefer a smoothie with half a toasted English muffin. My favorite smoothie recipes either involve a banana OR avocado, along with strawberries, wheatgrass and a all in one liquid nutritional supplement. I get all my vitamins and minerals at one time with my breakfast and the English muffin helps keep me full a little longer.

I find myself gravitating towards a wholesome bowl of cereal, topped with fresh fruits and nuts. It's a quick yet nutritious option that kickstarts my day with energy.

Definitely a smoothie for me! I like orange and pineapple or bananas and berries (blueberries, strawberries, or cherries).

I usually have a smoothie in the mornings for breakfast. It consists of almond unsweetened (sometimes), almond butter(sometimes), frozen berries, frozen spinach, powdered collagen, flax seeds, min-col(mineral), fenugreek and water. It is delicious.

I prefer cereal for breakfast especially the ones with a lot of fibres. I also love smoothies, but I rather take them for dinner.

I prefer smoothies over cereal in general. If i eat cereal i usually add additional sugar to it to make it a bit more palatable to me. However, i love fruit smoothies! I usually go strawberry banana when I'm making them myself.

I prefer smoothies over cereal for breakfast. Smoothies offer a balanced combination of protein, fiber, and healthy fats, which help keep me full and energized throughout the morning.

As cool as having a smoothie is, a cereal would be my preferred option. It is always great and easy to make and have.

I prefer cereal because of the ‘bulk’ factor. I am not sure if liquid calories process the same as solid calories. Cereal, all the way!
