Karmic Selling by Stan Gwizdak is a book that deals with the world of sales and business. He shows us a perspective in which sales can be driven by the qualities of kindness and compassion, along with a human bond or connection. He encourages us to measure the value of sales and the business involved in terms of the connections made, which in the future would provide larger turnouts.

He calls this concept Karmic Selling which has its foundation in the religious principles of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. He begins the book with his childhood. How he sold seeds to get a BB gun. He made sure to make notes of what the neighbors required and procure those seeds along with his suggestions for the next season, making a connection with his clients who were unaware of business ideals at his young age. Through real-life anecdotes and reflective exercises, Gwizdak illustrates how small acts of kindness can pave the way for significant professional achievements. This practical approach, enriched with case studies, resonates deeply with readers seeking to enhance their business strategies while staying true to their values.

What sets this book apart is its fusion of spiritual wisdom with practical business advice. Gwizdak's writing style is engaging, making complex concepts accessible to readers of all backgrounds. The author also includes photographs at various places, which makes the reading experience more engaging. The book consists of just a little more than a hundred pages and is an easy and quick read.

One of the book's strengths lies in its ability to inspire positive change in the business world. By promoting authenticity and genuine connection over ruthless competition, Gwizdak challenges traditional notions of success and offers a roadmap for ethical entrepreneurship. Although I found a few editing errors, it did not disrupt my reading in any way. There were no spelling or grammar errors.

This book is a must-read for anyone in marketing or business, offering valuable insights that transcend conventional sales tactics. I would rate this book five out of five stars since it is an exceptional book. Readers will definitely find themselves inspired to apply Gwizdak's teachings in their professional endeavors, fostering a more compassionate business environment.
