“Man Mission”, authored by Eytan Uliel, is an interesting work of fiction. It discusses the adventures of the main character and his friends, who have made it a tradition to embark on a trip annually, travelling the world, eating nice food, and staying away from work stress for about a week.

Doing this helps strengthen their bond as good friends. They equally engage in fun activities such as kayaking, hiking, biking, mountain climbing, and so on. As they grow older, will life challenges drift them apart? Will they be separated by marriage, work, etc.? Get a copy of this book to find out.

I like how the author thought it wise to write a book about the friendship shared among the four: Eytan, Sam, Daniel, and Alec. It tells the story of how boys evolve into men, including the challenges they face. Again, I like how Eytan lets us know that men cry too. It’s totally wrong to pent up emotions and suffer in silence, regardless of what our society has made us believe. I was specifically touched when I read about the struggles, anxiety, and hardship the men faced in the book. With this, readers can relate too, as we all face these situations at some points in life. I like that the level of humour and teamwork made this book more enjoyable.

The major theme in this book is friendship. I like how these friends make time to go on this trip annually, irrespective of their daily struggles. I enjoyed reading about their tours in places like Iceland and Thailand. The book borders on contemporary issues such as marriage, fatherhood, career, and so on. Readers are given an insight into the past of the characters as each chapter takes off while the men are in the middle of an adventure.

There’s nothing to dislike about this book. The adventures were fun-filled and adventurous. There were no errors found; hence, it’s flawlessly edited. As a result, I give it a rating of 5 out of 5 stars.

This book is recommended to readers who love books on adventure and travel, memoirs, and stories on friendship.

Friends, I have a lot of those. It will be quite fun to set aside time to do fun activities. I think it will strengthen our bond more. So I'm interested in reading this book. I might get tips on how to have fun with my friends.

I love that these fur friends are able to come together and have fun moments, despite their tight schedules and family. It’s quite heartwarming to find out that friendships like this still exist.
