This evening I was just asking myself that all these struggles and tough times, why and what for because I just felt so tired from the series of storms I've been facing lately. I was literally crying while reading this review. I need this book in my life and I can't wait to read it.

Beautiful cover. But unfortunately, I don't much care for these types of self-help books, and I kinda overdosed on Maslow in high school and college. So I'll take a pass, but not before congratulating Ms. Meehan on her accomplishment.

The explanation of the first part of this book Choose to Soar: Navigating Disruptions in Business and Life really got my attention. The question "What storms have you encountered, and which lessons did you pick?" stood out to me because some things we see as storms or major obstacles could be something extremely minor to other people, which gives books like this all the relevance.

Congratulations 👏 on your Botd *Choose to Soar" by Annie Meehan the review about this book is interesting to read the book, storms, what is storms? About it? How we can soar, how to overcome storms by soaring like an eagle were all added in the book page by page. "S stands for stillness, silence, and sadness, while T is for time. O stands for Openness, R for Relationships, M for mindfulness, and S for soaring above the storms" I have to read this book and find out more about the successful part of it.

Your review beautifully highlights the essence of "Choose to Soar" by Annie Meehan. It's intriguing how the STORMS acronym serves as both a metaphorical and practical framework for overcoming adversity. The concept of a Storm First Aid Kit is particularly fascinating, offering readers tangible strategies for resilience. Your insight into the book's structure and the personal story of Meehan adds a deep, relatable context. It's refreshing to see a book that not only identifies problems but also equips the reader with tools to address them.

I like line "they all have the potential to shape the people we become." from this review. Taken in the context of your review, it wraps around the gist. Nice work!

This appears to be a useful book for those willing to put in the work. The author provides a very long list of things that may be your potential storms to work through. However, I'm glad the author gave her definitions of storm categories as the official categorisation starts so high I would be starting at 0.

"Choose to Soar" by Annie Meehan. An interesting book, motivational and inspirational book. A book which is encouraging people to keep going no matter the storms or obstacles. The book is been divided into three parts. Each part has its stories and motivation. Congrats on #BOTD.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting self help book designed to help the reader face challenges and recover from any hardships and thereafter "soar" via what the author's calls the "STORMS" method. It might be worth a second look. Well done.
