“Choose to Soar” by Annie Meehan is a well-written book about how storms can shape the people they become. This book discusses how one navigates the disruptions (storms) they might encounter during their lives. The book is split into three parts with the first part posing questions about the meaning of storms and the storms a reader has lived through. The 2nd chapter reviews the different kinds of storms and the 3rd chapter helps readers create Storm First Aid Kits. The author has lived through several storms and the book describes how she weathered the storms and how she succeeded. There are many nuggets of wisdom found within this book. Very good review.
