It is Fireproof when and if we want it to be. Balancing the good with the bad and knowing that there will always be bad is key.

That's a profound question! On one hand, happiness can be thought of as something that is fragile and temporary, like a flame that can be extinguished by even the slightest breeze. On the other hand, some might argue that happiness is more resilient than that, able to withstand even the strongest storms and come out shining brighter than before. Ultimately, it's up to each individual to decide whether or not happiness is truly fireproof.

The presence of happiness in our lives serves as a stabilizing force, a kind of emotional ballast that helps us remain calm and collected. It equips us with a more balanced perspective, enabling us to navigate through life's challenges with a level head. While happiness alone may not solve every problem we encounter, it certainly makes the journey through these challenges more bearable, providing us with the resilience and the clarity of mind needed to find our way through.

I believe happiness is fireproof. Life often presents us with challenges, akin to fires, but mastering the ability to find happiness amidst them shields us from getting burned.

Happiness can be fragile and impacted by negative events. However, happiness also has some fire-resistant qualities. Some people are more resilient than others and can bounce back from adversity more easily. Their happiness might flicker but not be completely extinguished by challenges.

Happiness is to some degree in our hands, and is controlled by our thoughts, if we go by the belief (explored in this book) that a growth mindset is advantaged over a fixed one in creating happiness, and that our thoughts are within our control and are shaping our feelings. I try my absolute hardest to choose happiness every day; that said, I came into this world healthy, I live in a gorgeous and resource-rich place where I am surrounded by support and friends - I am acutely aware of the role that good fortune is also playing in my happiness. Excellent question. Love exploring this.

I don't believe that happiness is fireproof. The pursuit of happiness is what makes us human. The path to happiness is laden with trials and tribulations. It is up to us to rise above all the obstacles that keep us on the path to happiness. :) :) :) :) :)

It depends on the situation to say that happiness is fireproof. Happiness can be fireproof in the sense that one is not easily affected when happy.

I believe so. Happiness is what shields us from all the difficulties we are passing through. It give us the benefit of enjoying the moments of our current situation.
