Squid game was a big hit. I watched the first serie and was not interested much in it to be honest.

The twist caught me off guard. Who would have imagined that the frail old man is behind the games?

I'm looking forward to the second season of this movie. It's an interesting Korean series to watch, in my opinion.

"Squid Game" is a survival death game-themed series by director Hwang Dong-hyuk. For fans of "Alice in Borderland", "Hunger Games", "Battle Royale", and other similar titles, this series can be a fun watch. I like Squid Game because the storyline is suspenseful and unpredictable.

Looking forward to S3 of Squid Games and S3 of Alice in Borderland, both great action/thriller series with strong characters and plot twists! I'm curious if the latter was ever a novel originally or purely a script...

I also loved the show! The new season started off slow and I feel like it would have been a great build up as the first half of one season, not cut off to lead into a new season. I heard the director said that they started writing but it turned out too long for one season since the first season was only 10 episodes so they had to split it into two seasons. However, Korean dramas are typically 16 episodes in one season anyways so it seems it would have been perfectly suited to the usual pacing of Korean dramas. But at least since the writing was all prepped they were able to do the next season much faster too! But now here we are anxiously waiting for the season finale, which I hear is coming soon in June!

I loved the first season and was extremely nervous that the second season would ruin it for me but I really enjoyed the second season too.
I never guessed the twist in the first season. Like I thought the character was highly suspicious and significant in some way but I was blown away

I really love the story, to me it shows how far people can go in order to survive

it displays the word "Survival of the fittest"and the 001 really played a good role.

Squid game is an epic series that will be remembered forever. I love how it was constructed and I feel that the deaths added some level of seriousness to it.

I only watched a few episodes and decided that it was really repetitive and there was not very much excitement. Many co-workers tell me to continue and it gets better, however, I cannot convince myself of that. It was very violent and almost too political for my taste. It wouldn’t be one of my recommendations.

I watched the series, and was not exactly expecting the twist right off the bat. However, I found that it was very interesting about the psychological aspect, to what length people are ready to go for money and also for survival, in this precise case.

This show is very violent but it also seems very unrealistic. I watched a few episodes and I was bored. The theme was repetitive and nothing truly exciting happened. I hate to say it, but I must have given up before I got far enough in.
