Alphonso, totapuri, Neelam many varieties.

Which is your favorite and how do you like to eat it?
I've never eaten mango in a date before. But I cannot complain about eating the mango as a fruit.

Mango is very distant to my culture, so I had no idea you could make dishs with it other than using them in cakes. The names are very intriguing and different, I am willing to try them.

When it comes to mango dishes, I have a soft spot for a classic mango salsa. The combination of sweet mangoes with a hint of spice and freshness from herbs is simply irresistible.

I haven't tried many mango dishes...but recently tried mango and sticky rice and that is delicious if the mangos are ripe. But one dish I have heard about and am intrigued about is Mango Graham Cake. It's a mango, whipped cream, Graham cracker dessert in the Philippines and it just looks interesting and easy to make. Here's a picture I got off the wiki page...

I've not tried a mango dish before but I want to try it. I'm a big fan of mangoes and would like to know how a dish made out of it will taste. I know it can't be bad.

I like mango in the Indian cuisine. Mango lassie or mango cream for dessert are delicious.

I like mango as a chutney, mango chutney is a condiment made with mangoes, spices, and sometimes chilies. It adds a sweet, tangy, and spicy kick to curries, grilled meats but I like having it with samosas. I also like it in salads - chopped mangoes add a burst of sweetness and freshness to salads. When blended into smoothies, mangoes make a healthy and delicious base.

My favorite mango dish is the Thai Mango Sticky Rice. This classic Thai dessert is known for its heavenly and scrumptious taste.

My favourite mango dish would be mango itself. Nothing beats the original fruit and having to lick it naturally.

There is an Indian dish called Mango Kulfi, I love that! It is a type of an ice cream which is sweet and eaten kind of like a popsicle.

I had never even tasted a mango, till a few months ago. I started making smoothies and bought all the bags of frozen fruit including mangoes. I tried them along with a banana, protein powder, and almond milk and it was good. The one fruit I would like to try is kiwi, but it is crazy high in price right now.

I love mango many ways. One of my favorite is with sticky rice and sweetened condensed milk on top or I love mangos with tajin.

I love sticky mango rice! Yes, it has rice but it's considered a dessert because the rice is made with coconut cream making it smooth and creamy. Usually topped with slices of soft fresh mango. It's the perfect treat.
