I am not too keen on philosophical discussions, so I doubt this is a book for me. I am astounded to see the reviewer comparing the author to Aristotle and other great thinkers. The book must have impressed him.

The journey toward truth begins with a single step outside the boundaries of the known. “Happiness and Survival” urges readers to transcend conventional thought and explore the depths of self for true happiness and societal evolution. Congratulations to the author, #BOTD!
Life is a play where we are the actors and the audience, We laugh and cry, love and hate, create and destroy,
We seek to know ourselves and others, to belong and to be free, We accept what we can and change what we must.

I like that the author presents a subjective perspective about discovering happiness urging each individual to discover their own path to happiness. Also, I agree with the author on treating our dreams with importance because they could have significant meanings.

Thank you for summarizing Bob Gebelein's book. As someone who has studied psychology and consciousness, this is a fresh, thought-provoking perspective on the mind, psychology and therapy.
I like this summary:
"He doesn't try to become an authority in his writing; instead, he encourages his readers to discover their own philosophy and not rely on society's definition of the norm."
It's a next level of therapy literature. Congrats on BOTD
