I picked this book because it was time to review another book. However, I have been feeling under the weather and not really in the mood for reading, so I looked for a book with fewer pages that still somewhat caught my eye. E M P Honeymoon is the book that I picked. With all that being said, this book was 100% better than I thought it would be.

It introduces you to one of the main characters, Kelly, as she tries to escape a life-or-death situation.
The book moves quickly through the story and the danger the honeymoon couple faces while on their honeymoon. This book is so entertaining. If there were grammar errors, I did not notice them. There were no hang-ups to quickly finishing this book, other than my son….who wanted my time.

Another thing that I enjoyed about this book was the research that went into it. It is not just a fictional story with impossible scenarios and characters acting differently than their culture would expect them to act. For example, the villains are from Asia. I have had lots of interaction with Koreans and a few with Japanese. I was impressed with how she treated these characters and made them feel true to their culture.

I would give this book five stars. It was captivating, well-researched, and well-written.
