"E M P Honeymoon" by Dorothy May Mercer tells the story of Tom Turbulo and Kelly McBride, two recentlyweds who went to a resort island off the coast of Honduras to spend their honeymoon. Kelly found out about a terrorist plot that threatened their nation, which was a regrettable development. To save their nation, Tom and Kelly needed to act quickly. Are they going to succeed? In this gripping tale by Dorothy May Mercer, find out.

To begin with, I had no idea what this novel would be about other than what I could tell from the cover—a space honeymoon, it appeared. It was nothing like that; on the contrary, it engrossed me in a suspenseful mystery about a world-saving discovery. The surprise ending made for a fast-paced, thrilling read that has me eager for the next chapter. It never ceases to amaze me how Dorothy May Mercer can tackle contemporary issues while delivering an engrossing tale. I like how the author did an excellent job of keeping it entertaining without resorting to a lot of profanity or blatantly sexualized situations. I have to commend the author for showcasing her skills with this series. The characters had such a realistic sense to them because of their deep growth, which I loved. There was nothing that I didn't like in this book; even more interesting was the fact that the editing was great, and I did not notice any errors.

My honest opinion is that Dorothy May Mercer demonstrates a remarkable ability to write an engaging story. As the characters laboriously piece together the intricate details of the terrorists' evil scheme, her writing radiates a sense of mystery and intrigue. Even if there are less surprising turns and twists in the plot, the author skillfully creates a sense of unease that keeps readers on the edge of their seats.

I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 because I found it very admirable how the plot skillfully shifted between the terrorists' and our brave heroes' points of view, introducing tension and unpredictability. I recommend this book to every citizen of this beautiful country.
