The author narrates his journey overcoming devastating physical and mental challenges. His Christian faith, resilience, and will to improve saw him through a vegetative state and depression. His stint with alcoholism and drug abuse imparted life lessons that are worth sharing.

I commend Scott for vividly and honestly narrating about his life's experiences. I'm particularly interested in how faith played a role in his life, especially his involvement in crime. Thank you for the wonderful review.

Another strong personal story of resilience. The title of the book already sets up the mood pretty well.

This sounds really great. Scott's life is indeed a testimony of how people can become whatever they want no matter what life throws at them. The title suits the story very well. Struggles and challenges only last but a period. I commend the author for his courage and unbiased storytelljng.

I understand from this review that "Trouble Aint Nothing But a Word" by Paul O Scott is about the life of Paul O. Scott as he tried to find his balance in life. Life stories always have lessons embedded. I would consider reading.

Seems like just the kind of book one would like to take inspiration from given the protagonist's remarkable recovery after enduring losses and undergoing a near-death experience.

The author writes an emotional memoir that details his personal and professional sufferings and how he overcame them. His personality changes, his relationship with people, and a near-death experience contributed to his growth. The best part of this book is the author's honesty. I enjoyed reading your review.

I like how despite telling his own story, he does not sugarcoat it and bares all, taking responsibility for his actions. This sounds like an interesting book to read and the personal growth the author encounters would make for an inspirational story. Well done on the review.

It's rare to come across a memoir that doesn't sugarcoat the challenges its author faced. Paul O. Scott's willingness to lay bare his life experiences, from faith struggles to brushes with the law, makes this book sound like a compelling and authentic read.
I believe in something greater than myself.
