Based on this review, "Ask In Prayer: A Faith-Promoting Journey" by Tom Bowers seems like a captivating book that details the author's conversion to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The review commends the author for sharing a coherent and well-paced storyline, and also highlights the book's overall readability and effectiveness in conveying the author's emotions and experiences. The reviewer recommends this book to Christians and individuals seeking self-discovery. Overall, it appears to be a good read. Unpredictable plot twists, kept me guessing.

Bowers' journey of spiritual exploration seems both deep and personal, and his reflection on the importance of listening to others' beliefs is intriguing. I appreciate the honest approach, but the focus on extending Christianity might not resonate with me, so I’m unsure if I’ll be reading it.
