ADHD is getting more and more attention nowadays. More people are being diagnosed, and more people are becoming aware. Many people are even diagnosed as adults, and everything suddenly makes sense of why they have always felt different. Couples who have ADHD in one or both partners face a lot of challenges and have different experiences in life. It also brings a lot of benefits to the relationship. ADHD in Love by Maya Blackwood discusses this matter and gives tools that people in those relationships can use to come out with the best experience. The book is divided into chapters and has twenty tools to guide people who have ADHD or have partners with ADHD to understand each other better and make the most of this relationship.

I like that the book sheds light on an important topic. It can be really helpful for people who live a different life. I also like that it shows the benefits of having ADHD and being in a relationship with someone who has ADHD. Every relationship has its own highs and lows, and this is no different. I liked that the book encourages communication and understanding. It encourages being there for your partner and working together to have the best relationship you can have. I think it can even benefit people who don't have ADHD. Lots of the principles and tools can enhance any relationship.

I faced a problem. I felt I needed to see some examples to apply all the given tools. It gives a better understanding and makes things stick more to the brain. When people introduce tools like this, they usually need to also introduce practical examples of each tool or situation where they can be applied. I believe this would have made a great difference for me.

The book received exceptional editing. I didn't notice any errors or mistakes. It provides good value and helpful tools to help with relationships with ADHD. The lack of practical examples of each tool affected my experience. These are the reasons why I rate ADHD in Love by Maya Blackwood four out of five stars. I recommend the book to people who have ADHD or have partners who have ADHD.
