Best wishes on the BOTD award. It is set in the US and follows the consequences of a new device that can predict the final days of a human's life. The review is informative and gives me an overview of the book content.

I am glad you have mentioned how the author of this book ties everything nicely to give the reader a satisfactory ending. This book triggered a lot of questions in my mind like what would I do if I knew that I was going to die soon? But I think this focuses so much on what people would do if they knew you would die soon. This is a captivating thriller that earned a place on my bookshelf. Thank you for this review.

The novel doesn't shy away from the big questions. Knowing the exact time of your demise forces characters to confront the meaning of life, their regrets, and the legacy they leave behind. This introspective journey is both philosophical and deeply personal, resonating with readers on a fundamental level.

The review was highly informative. The plot, involving a watch that reveals the end of one's life based on their health status, seems intriguing. The idea of people rushing to seek revenge once they know their final days is particularly fascinating and piqued my interest even more.

Knowing beforehand about health decline could help someone prepare, but not everything goes smoothly. People with suppressed anger and resentment take it to their advantage to kill and get away with crime. This novel asks important questions about gun ownership. The variety of characters adds to the book’s appeal. Well-done on your review.

Final Notice seems like a thought-provoking read that really delves into the human psyche. The idea of knowing when your time is up and how that could lead to such different reactions is intriguing. I love books that make you think long after you’ve turned the last page

This book gives me mixed feelings about its content. On the one hand, I like that it tells a story that helps me imagine what it will be like to know when I will die. On the other hand, it give me the creeps that someone can be monitoring me somewhere. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy reading it.

"Final Notice" by Van Fleisher is a captivating fiction novel that explores various themes and topics that resonate deeply with readers. One of the most intriguing aspects of the book is the concept of a device that sends a final notice to individuals, informing them of their impending death. This idea is fascinating and thought-provoking, as it opens up many possibilities regarding human behavior and psychology.

Imagine having such a device – it could revolutionize the way we live our lives. On one hand, knowing when you will die could lead to profound self-reflection and a desire to make things right, repair relationships, and tie up loose ends. On the other hand, it might also cause people to throw caution to the wind, embracing reckless abandon as they decide to live their remaining days to the fullest, regardless of the consequences.

The novel delves into these complex reactions, revealing people's true selves when faced with their mortality. It's a compelling exploration of how different individuals might respond to the ultimate deadline. Some might seek redemption and peace, while others might indulge in their darkest desires. This duality makes for a gripping narrative that keeps readers engaged from start to finish.

The review does an excellent job of capturing the essence of the book, highlighting the intriguing story plot and the various ways the characters deal with their final notice. It's clear that "Final Notice" is more than just a novel; it's a deep dive into human nature and the different ways we cope with the inevitability of death.

Thank you for providing such a thoughtful and comprehensive review. It has certainly piqued my interest in the book, and I look forward to reading it. Congratulations to Van Fleisher on BOTD for creating a novel that not only entertains but also prompts readers to think about life's biggest questions. This is a book I'll be adding to my shelve.

Having a watch that can tell people when they'll die in connection to their health status is quite convenient. However, when it is used to exact revenge, it becomes threatening. How was this situation dealt with?

The concept behind 'Final Notice' by Van Fleisher is both innovative and unsettling. I'm curious to see how the story explores the different ways the characters might react to knowing their end is near, and how this affects their decisions and interactions. Congrats on the Book of Today Award. Thanks for the great review.

I concur with you that the book is more biased towards anti-gun ownership. The author indeed presents a unique story and the narration was topnotch. I read the book almost two years ago, and I can still recall many of the incidents. Each person will find the idea of knowing one's date of death thought-provoking.
Many thanks for the amazing review. :tiphat: :tiphat: :tiphat:

The premise of this book reminds me of that Justin Timberlake movie where they had a tattoo telling them how much time they had left. It was very cool and this book sounds just as intriguing! I really like that the story focuses on the issue of gun control, thanks for highlighting that in your review!!
