This sounds like it would be great to help figure out what a company needs. Maybe even understanding what is going on already. Congratulations on BOTD!

Your review accords with my thoughts on the sample I read, Abraham. Sampling, I also liked the real-life examples, especially the laundry at Girl Scouts and C-Corp, and the practical advice like the mirror approach and self-awareness training. I also agree that this is a perfect tool for managers at all levels.

This book seems aimed at organizational leaders interested in a guide based on real-world experience for the transformation of their organizations. It looks very useful since many leaders do not have the ability to influence the productivity and culture of their companies. Sounds interesting.

Thank you for your review; it was enjoyable and informative.
I like the name of the book "Ignite Culture," and the content is just as promising. Organizational culture is a crucial factor impacting productivity and success. Margaret Graziano delivers excellent guidance through this book, which serves as a "transformative guide for leaders seeking lasting organizational change."

Nice review! It’s great to have a guide giving useful, healthy advice on leadership, but it’s also a plus to get it from a female perspective. While this book is obviously useful to any type of leader, I wonder if there’s any distinction in the content due of that in particular.
