"Ignite Culture" by Margaret Graziano sounds good like one of the best useful book for the people who wants to become a leader or to the existing leaders to enhance their business or company. Real life experience advice is many times better than a simple advice. This book can be considered as a best gift material to emphasize their loved ones business lives. Congratulations on the BOTD! This book will be a great fit for executives in the professional sphere to imbibe culture in employees, which would in turn increase productivity. However, I'm not a big fan of nonfiction, so I'll skip this read.
