Organizational culture change is a critical component of organizational success and sustainability. I am glad the author uses real life examples and that the book includes thought-provoking questions as well. As one who is growing more interested in organizational success and systems thinking, I am adding the book to my shelf.

The author was direct and practical in stating the things one would have to change to transform their organizational culture for greater success. Professionals in the fields of organizational development and culture change will find this helpful:
I find the culture of any organization interesting. Just because any collective of people working together towards some goal will find that the dynamics of people are going to be complex. Thus, fascinatingly, culture could be the foundation for the success of an organization.

I am not running any company, so I don't think this book would be much help for me. But I will definitely recommend it to my acquaintances.
Thanks for the review.
