The book "Alpha's Regret" by Jessica Hall presents an intriguing and emotionally charged storyline revolving around the central character, Everly. The narration effectively captures Everly's resilience and determination in the face of adversity, as she navigates the consequences of a single drunken night that shatters her life.

From the review Evelyn must be a well developed character with relatable life experiences and difficult decisions. Also because of a perfect rating I am certain the plot is superp. Congratulations to the author!

The gripping tale of Everly, an Alpha who went rogue and whore, is told in Jessica Hall's "Alpha's Regret." She loses everything during a romantic night that is forgotten. After being rejected by her father and her family, she finds solace in an unanticipated ally and uses her suffering to create her own town. The story's captivating tone and variety of points of view immerse readers in a vibrant werewolf fantasy setting. Because Everly's strength comes through in spite of the upheaval, her journey has a profound impact. With only one small mistake found, the audiobook is of a very high caliber and has superb editing.

Great review! You mentioned that you listened to this as an audiobook; my question is: was there a single narrator or multiple narrators?

From the review, it's difficult to understand that this is a werewolf novel, which I figured out when I read a few pages and checked out the cover. Back in my youth I gobbled up a lot of this literature, but those days are gone, so I'll take a pass. However, from the sections that I read, the author has a fine writing style and I'm certain that lovers of this genre will thoroughly enjoy the ride.

I have enjoyed the story. But deep down I hope and wish Everly could've opened up more. Again, I feel like the characters were not well developed. On the bright side, the author's writing style keeps you motivated to continue reading the book. The more you read the more you're able to feel Everly's pain more and more. I feel like Valen was very controlling and this frustrated me a little bit. Overall, the book was nice to read.

The book sounds really engaging with a strong female character who refused to give up when she was shunned by her family, her pack and the future father of her child but instead showed her strength and determination to create a bright future for herself and her son. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Your review of "Alpha’s Regret" revolves around resilience and redemption in the face of adversity. Everly, the protagonist, grapples with the consequences of her actions, including betrayal and abandonment by her family. Despite these challenges, she finds strength within herself to rebuild her life and create a new community. I love that it explores themes of forgiveness and self-discovery

The author created a world where werewolves have very rigid moral standards, as opposed to the situation in the human world. Getting drunk is never a great idea but the price that Everly has to pay for her one night of irresponsible action is extremely high. I couldn't see where the romance comes in, but the book seems to cover several moral and social issues, e.g. the question of abortion, support from parents and friends when needed, and enmity between families (packs). Sounds like an interesting read!
